BULGARIA MEETING

 "Detelina" Kindergarten hosted and conducted a three-day virtual seminar on the "See Our Nature" Project, financed by the Erasmus + Program.

During these three exciting days, we presented our country to the other partners in the project - Estonia, Latvia, Cyprus and Croatia.

They got to know our beautiful nature, our national treasures, the traditions and customs of our people. We knitted martenitsi together, played Rachenitsa - national folk dance. We proudly showed them how homemade yogurt is made, and with the help of the children we recreated the entire process - from milking to the final product!

We took our guests on a virtual walk around our beautiful city, saw the sea through the eyes of birds.

We introduced them to the children of "Detelina" Kindergarten and showed them how devotedly they are involved in every activity we prepare for them.

Thus, three days passed imperceptibly, during which our partners, albeit from a distance, witnessed our comprehensive work with the children on the "Nature Protection" activity.

VIRTUAL PROJECT MEETING ON THEME "OUR SEA" day 3

The 3rd and last day of our meeting started with our presentation how we can use more ways to teach and learn about the sea! Helina introduced us virtual museum, robotic tools, live animal web cameras, Easi-scope, 4D card, augmented reality card, cartoons, Seabin project. Heili introduced the landscape games with QR-codes, app Relive and Loquiz. Ingrid made some experiments with children. And in between we showed a video where our workers danced a Sailors dance in one schoolyear ending celebration.

In the afternoon we have asked one of our former parent Jonne Kotta who is a well-known marine biologist to give as little lecture how we humans impact the sea. It was a very interesting and eye opening hour and we are very thankful that he had the time to talk to us!

The 3rd day and also our virtual event ended with a closing seminar. We danced shark dance to have a little fun and be a little happier about the event ending.

After the dance we had breakrooms were people shared the experiences about our first virtual event. And also get to know each other a little.

As we gathered everybody were very pleased that we had the 3 days together and we shared so many good ideas that it lasts for several years!

VIRTUAL PROJECT MEETING ON THEME "OUR SEA" day 2

The second day started in the group! All partners had the opportunity to be in the group "Meelespea" (eng. Forget me not) where teacher Maarja and her children learned, played and made art! To be able to observe and see a group work is one of the interesting thing about Erasmus+ project meetings. You get a little feeling about the teacher, about the children and get new ideas to try out in your own group. The added value is the opportunity to see the groups surrounding and how they interact with each other. Thank you Maarja that you were willing to share it with us!

Afternoon was dedicated for sharing good practices on theme "Out sea". All partners made a presentation what work they had done in their groups. It was very interesting and each presentation gave new ideas to try in everyday work with children.

Between the presentations we had some little short breaks so everybody could move and be more active in listening and conversations. On the upper collage you can see everybody dancing Kaera-Jaan (Estonian traditional dance) and bottom picture Heili is making the rhythm game with clapping!

VIRTUAL PROJECT MEETING ON THEME "OUR SEA"

 Erasmus+ cooperation project "See - Our Nature!" first meeting started today 29.03.2021 VIRTUALLY!

The first meeting was organized by Pirita kindergarten (Estonia).

On our first day we Got to know more about Estonia through presentation, Kahoot game and dance Kaera-Jaan!

Then we introduced to our partners Estonian educational system and Pirita kindergarten.

And the firts day ended with the seminar where we shared our experiences on taking part Erasmus+ projects!

We like to thank You, our partners, for being understanding when we had technical problems and you all supported us with kind words to continue. Our first day taught us that we are great team and together we can do anything!

We have two more days to come with interesting seminars, live webcast of activity and lecture from marine biologist! We wish that you all have a great time and enjoy the meeting!
