OUR SEA

3-4 graders also took the opportunity of exploring the theme "sea". They started by finding out what materials one can find near the sea - sand, shells, pebbles. And then with the help of special flashlight discovered what lives under the sea.

After that they started to examine fishes - what parts do they have (head, fins, scales). 

They even created their own imagined sea monsters. 

With the help of their teachers children discovered what benefit people can get from a sea - seafood in our menue. But plain talking is not enough, they made sushi.  

It was discovered that not only fishes live under water, but also other marine inhabitants. 

Having discovered sea inhabitants, it was the right time to find out how we can travel by sea, what sounds do different vessels make ... 

  

 

... and who is the boss at a vessel.

Together they created a stop-motion movie about sea. The background was painted, the lights set... each child was responsible for one item in the sea.
