THEME : BE ACTIVE!
AGE : 6-7 YEARS OLD CHILDREN
Every Tuesday and Thursday we have P.E. in the gym that lasts for 45 minutes.
When the weather is warm and without precipitation we then go outside. For proper growth and development physical activity is important from an early age. Also physical activity should be fun and stimulating for the muscle and brain development.
Our P.E class has five parts that include:
1. INTRODUCTION PART which helps the body and emotions to prepare for the whole activity.
Besides the P.E. classes we usually go out for walks, mostly around the neighborhood or to the bank of the river Sava.
