Activity:

Educational activities in the forest:

  • Magnifiers and magnifying glasses are taken and the group goes to a discovery trip to the forest.
  • Children look for and study mosses and lichens in the forest on tree branches and rocks.

  • Pick up twigs and other materials covered with moss and take it with you to the kindergarten.

Study activities in a group room:

  • Moss and lichens are studied with children. To take a closer and deeper look, we use the aid of a digital microscope. All children can try and use the microscope themselves.

  • Poster making with children. Tear the rolls of paper that melt in the water into pieces and add water and PVA glue. We cover the lower edge of the poster with the obtained mass. Children paint the mass green, so they create their own moss.

  • We attach lichen-covered branches and mosses to the paper so that children from other groups can see them as well.
  • Nice branch people can be crafted from the remaining sticks.
  • Children can learn about the tablet and QR code
  • Let's solve games with children based on mosses / lichens (learningApps)
