NATURE PROTECTION

One way how we teach our children about nature protection is by saving the materials and showing that they can be re-used. By involving our creativity old things can be re-used to give life to something new. As a result a number of maracasi were created from empty yogurt bottles. Each child could decorate it as to his/her own wishes. The yogurt bottles were filled with beans. Children counted how many beans they  put into the bottle, and when the maracasi were ready, they compared the souds. They concluded that the sound differed according to the number of beans put into the bottle. Children together with the teacher sang the songs they knew rhythmisizing with their new instruments. A small concert in the group :)
