The children learned to distinguish the clouds, which clouds portend rain, which are rainy and which clouds indicate that the weather will be good. The children also understood how clouds affect the climate.
First, the teacher talks to the children about the different types of clouds, what information they give us about the weather, how the clouds affect the climate.
The children already know from the previous activity what the Water Drop Way is. And now the teacher explains to them that the higher the temperature, the faster the water evaporates, which leads to more water vapor in the atmosphere and therefore more clouds.
Different types of clouds in different places have different effects on the climate. Some shade the ground, cooling the climate over the area. Others increase the greenhouse effect by retaining water vapor and droplets.
To show that they learned and understood everything, the children made a model with different types of clouds.
